Saide® Low Voltage DIN Rail Electric Circuit Breakers are meticulously crafted to meet the highest industry standards. Designed for seamless installation on DIN rails, they provide convenience and flexibility for a wide range of applications. These circuit breakers offer dependable protection against overloads, short circuits, and other potential electrical faults, making them an indispensable component in safeguarding your electrical infrastructure.


Low Voltage DIN Rail Electric Circuit Breakers Normal work and installation conditions

The SDM6 series of molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) are designed to safeguard cables rated between 100A and 1600A. Their high breaking capacities make them suitable for protecting even smaller cables when located in close proximity to a powerful energy source. As a pivotal component of digitally connected power distribution systems (part of EcoStruxure Power), SDM6 breakers contribute to optimizing energy consumption and asset management.

The Saide Low Voltage DIN Rail Electric Circuit Breakers are equipped with an intelligent controller that not only allows for current adjustments but also provides protection against overload (with a long delay), short-circuit (with a short delay), instantaneous short-circuit, and undervoltage. This enhancement significantly improves the overall reliability, continuity, and security of the entire power system. Additionally, it features an RS485 interface and MODBUS-RTU protocol, and with the MODBUS module installed, customers have the flexibility to choose various options.

Remote operations are made possible, including switching ON/OFF, tripping, and receiving alarm and malfunction signals. This includes remote control for switching ON/OFF and resetting, as well as remote testing for 3-phase current, N-pole current, and grounding current. The Low Voltage DIN Rail Electric Circuit Breakers also have the capability to accept and execute remote commands for debugging remote control. It includes a tripping unit memory recording function, allowing for easy tracing of the last three tripping records. Additionally, the SDM6 circuit breaker can function as an alternative load switch due to its isolation capabilities.

Compliant with GB/T14048.2 and IEC60947-2 standards, and holding CCC, CE, and TSE certifications, the SDM6 series of MCCBs offer reliable and safe electrical protection solutions for a wide range of applications. The 1250A Electric MCCB is a cutting-edge product developed using advanced international technology, incorporating features like compact size, modularity, high breaking capacity, double breakpoints, arc-free switching, and environmental friendliness. It is suitable for use in AC 50Hz/60Hz networks with a rated operating voltage of up to 690V and a rated current ranging from 12.5A to 1600A. This MCCB is ideal for distributing electrical energy and providing protection against hazards like overload, short circuit, and undervoltage. It can also be used for infrequent line conversions and motor starts under normal conditions.
